This week Mr Martin had taught us about ISO, aperture and shutter speed.

The first thing is ISO. As you can see from the photo, the lower ISO will make the photo look duller and darker while the higher ISO will have brighter picture. However, the higher ISO will make your picture looks grainy at the same time.

The second thing is aperture a.s.a F-stop. This is interesting.

The higher number of aperture will have the smaller diameter of lens. This is because there will always be a 1 divide by the number . The lower aperture will have a brighter picture while the higher number of aperture will cause less bright for the picture. As the diameter of lens become smaller, it will have lesser light go through the lens so will come out a darker picture.

The third thing is shutter speed.

Shutter speed is the most interesting part to me. The different shutter speed will come a different feeling of a photo. As the example above, the faster shutter speed will not have a speedy effect for the picture. At the same time, faster shutter speed will also help if you are not having a tripod because u might move or shake your hand while taking picture.

SO, we were asked to do some exercise for this week.
